Plan to offer a resource for converting between U.S. & metric measurements, and for general tips on all those aspects of cooking that seem mysterious (e.g., how in the world do we get our egg whites to be stiff? :) <--By the way, it's not as hopeless, even with a stand mixer, as you might be thinking or have experienced!)
